However, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged. This policy outlines our straightforward process designed with your convenience in mind.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper lifting form is to your training.

Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information:
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number – this helps us process your return efficiently.
3. Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process above, indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement product. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- BELTS
- BICEPS & TRICEPS HANDLES
- CHIN & DIP equipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (which we work hard to prevent with our quality control), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs (except for defective items).
